thanks for the hint,.. I HAVE A IMAC 27' INCH and it looks amazing,... know it from my old PC times and was always sad not having the saver on the mac,.. but with the link

Hey!
I have no idea if you are still working on System 47 or not, but I can no longer use it on my laptop because MacOS 10.7 no longer supports the PowerPC architecture. If you could get an intel version up, that would be great! |

I would actually pay a few bucks to have better configurability.
KEY options would be to multi-select the different types of interfaces rather than being restricted to "All" or "One".
Also... I don't appreciate the 'zen' of it all being more or less destroyed by the flashing of your URL at the bottom of the screen. This nearly ruins the whole thing for me, personally.
If you're going to do a screensaver like this...you should take into account WHY we want this on our screen.
Not harshing you. Just giving an honest critique.
Also... Would like to change the text header where it says "System47" at the top-right.
If you can do these things... I'd flip you some cash on PayPal for this. (Within reason of course.)

I came across this site, and I have to tell you, being a Star trek nut, and a multi monitor user, (3 screens , 1 51 in and 2 27" one on either side of the large one) This looks awesome on my system, I totally love it, i am so sad though that it has not been added to for a while, many of us trekkies still around would love it, thank you, and PS it works on my windows 7 64bit ty

I have had no trouble with this running on Win7 x64. I have one Win7 x86 machine that when it comes out of screen saver, the taskbar at the bottom of the screen does not come back. At my work I have two machines (one Win7-64 the other WinXP-32) running Input Director between the two synchronizing the screen saver. Both machines are running dual monitors so I get four iterations of the screen saver. It looks really impressive on my desk! I like this screen saver as is so I'm not in a hurry for upgrades. |

Great work. As a trekkie myself I immediately loved your screensaver.
However it still gets stuck on the second screen in Windows 7 (I know it is not in your list of supported OSes). I don't think you are still actively updating this because of that & by the dates on here, but it would be nice if it protected my second screen too. Please think about making a Win7 update.
Thanks and I wish I discovered your screensaver when I still had XP.
